Right in the middle of the Parc Naturel des Hauts Pays, this former 18th century farm listed as part of “Belgium’s Architectural Heritage” has been comprehensively and faithfully restored, lovingly respecting the original architecture. The brasserie has a menu with more than 100 Belgian, local (4 breweries within less than 10km) and foreign beers. L’Auberge de Passe Tout Outre also has a menu of light bites made using carefully selected local ingredients. The restaurant offers the choice of “cuisine de brasserie” (brasserie menu) and “cuisine gastronomique” (gourmet menu), using local ingredients, wild fish, cured meats from the Ardennes, local honey, cheeses from neighbouring farms, beer, fruit wine… We also offer a catering service so we can organise your events (weddings, birthdays, parties, incentive events, team building activities etc.) outside or in our function room, which holds between 20 and 120 people. The private car park opposite means you know your car is safe right next to the main entrance. When the weather is good, there’s a large terrace with a lawn, an orchard, an enclosed play area, a barbecue and a pétanque terrain so you can enjoy the rural feel of this wonderful region of the “Hauts Pays”.
