Founded in Biercée in 1946, the only true fruit distillery in the country is now based in the superb Ferm ede la Cour in Ragnies, where it enthusiastically continues to make its Eau de Villée, P’tit Péket, Poire Williams N°1 and 21 other eaux-de-vie and liqueurs.
During the hour-long guided tour, visitors can discover the distillery at work: sorting and cutting the fruit and the entire manufacturing process, right up to bottling. Of course, it ends with a tasting session in the Grange des Belges, an area decorated with a unique collection of old enamel signs of Belgian drinks. Its latest creation: a gin based on fresh fruit, berries, spices and flowers.
