The ‘sentiers de grande randonnée’ are permanent itineraries that are waymarked in white and red. They are destined for pedestrian tourism. The itinerary is described in a topographical guide (for sale in sports stores, tourist offices, etc), which gives info on distances, unusual sights. You will also find the GR trails on the corresponding IGN maps. White and red paint guides you all the way. A network of 4000 km of paths crosses all of Wallonia, allowing you to discover the most beautiful and most savage places.
